Delivery conditions

All prices listed below are daily prices, unless otherwise stated and all amounts include 21% VAT.

Delivery and collection

PartyBookers delivers and picks up the rental equipment. The costs are calculated based on the postal code of the delivery address. The transport costs are for both pick-up and delivery. You only pay the costs once.

The delivery of rental materials takes place between 13:00 and 18:00 on the starting date of the rental period unless agreed otherwise. Upon delivery, we may ask for proof of the hirer's identity. Collection of rental materials takes place between 09:00 and 13:00 the day after the last day of the rental period. Both the delivery and collection time of the rental materials are agreed upon. Delivery after 18:00 is possible, always in consultation and at an additional rate of €30.

If no one is present at the agreed location at the time of delivery or collection, we will wait for 15 minutes. If still no one is present after this, the rental materials will be delivered or collected at another time by mutual agreement at an additional rate of €30.

We will gladly deliver the rental materials to your desired location. All rental materials delivered by the rental company are unloaded next to the car at the destination. A good unloading and loading location is important here. You make sure there are no obstacles. If there are any obstacles that could hamper the delivery or collection of the rental materials, please inform us in advance. If necessary, we expect you to help us load and unload the hire equipment. In consultation, it is possible for us to prepare/install the materials for you, additional charges may apply.

Supervision of attractions

It is also possible to have the attraction(s) fully (or partially) guided by us. You then pay €60 per hour per guided attraction. There is a surcharge of €10 per hour for guiding attractions between 5pm and 10pm. Transport costs are charged separately.

Costs and payments

At the end of the rental period, the products will be picked up by PartyBookers. We assume that all rented items are complete, dry and neatly ready. If this is not the case, you can take care of it on the spot or leave it to us. In the latter case labor and repair costs may be charged, €20 per product.
