Very popular, Glow in the dark parties, also called glow parties or neon parties. But what exactly is it? And how do you organise such a party?

A Glow in the dark party is a party where white and fluorescent clothes and other UV products light up in the dark by means of UV light, using blacklight lamps. For this, make sure you choose a suitable location where it is possible to make the room dark. A living room, basement or garage often lends itself perfectly to this. Also make sure there are no obstacles! Try to make the space as dark as possible, if necessary, cover the windows with dark fabric, tablecloth or else with rubbish bags.

Then it's time to dress up the space. Have fun and create your own creations! To do this, use neon paper, ribbons, balloons, paint, anything you like that lights up in the dark. You can use sheets to cover cupboards or doors and create your own work of art directly on them or stick or paint a fun text on them. Prepare a table on which you set out cups, plates, straws. But also put bracelets, necklaces, glasses ready for your guests so they can decorate themselves right away. By the way, have your guests show up wearing clothes appropriate for your party. Think fluorescent and white clothing such as trousers, T-shirts, hats or ties/tie.
